All tours listed are based on a minimum of (20) paying passengers, unless otherwise stated.  All prices listed are per person double occupancy.  Transportation not included, but can be arranged.  All features are based upon availability at the time of signing a Contract. Tours Included taxes & gratuities per itinerary (excluding Step-on-guides & motor coach drivers.)

Complimentary Policy for Groups: Connection Tours, Inc. offers one full package on motor coach tours to be used by the escort based on (20) paying passengers. One free (cruise only) for 16 paid passengers.  3rd & 4th passengers in stateroom do not count toward your 16.

How to order a tour or cruise

1. Simple fill out the Request Form or call us locally at (205) 822-7323 or Toll Free 1-888-287-7328

2. When you accept the tour/cruise we will send a contract for your signature, so we can confirm prices and that all features are included that you requested.

3. Once you return the contract, then we begin to confirm all arrangements.

4. All quotes are subject to availability.  No price or service will be guaranteed until confirmed by Connection Tours, Inc.


1. One-day motor coach tours full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Unless stated in the itinerary, your first deposit is due 60 days prior to departure.

3. Final Payments and rooming list are due 30 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations vary per motor coach tour, fly/motor coach, trains, cruises or International travel and will be outlines in your contract.

TRIP CANCELLATION & INTERRUPTION INSURANCE is available and highly recommended.  Trip Cancellation brochures will be sent by request.

PASSPORTS: On any tour or cruise departing the United States, it is the responsibility of each passenger to have proper identification in your possession.  It is the responsibility of the Group Leader to advise everyone in the group the required documentation for each trip.  Passengers traveling to any other country from the US will be  required to present a valid passport for entry or re-entry back into the United States.  Some International tours may also require a visa.  Passport & Visa information may be found at www.travel.state.gov.  Failure to present proper documentation will result in being denied boarding on an airline or cruise ship and no refund will be issued.  Connection Tours, Inc. cannot be held responsible and cannot delay a tour if any passengers is denied boarding.

Responsibility: Connection Tours, Inc. and/or its Tour Leaders act only as an agent for the arrangements of tour services including transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, attractions as outlined in this flyer.  And, as such cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss delays, injury, strikes, political unrest, riots, acts of God and war, or accidents due to any act or default on the part of any company or person engaged in providing services which are part of the tour.  Connection Tours, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or alter tour arrangements with or without notice and such alterations may be made without penalty to the operator.  Connection Tours, Inc. will not be held responsible for the loss of any airline or document tickets, damage to luggage or any of the passengers holdings. Connection Tours, Inc. reserves the right to accept, decline or to reject any person as a member of this tour whenever deemed necessary for the comfort or safety of the tour members and cannot be held responsible for expenses incurred or claimed by the tour participant.  No refund can be made for absence from tour unless arrangements are made at the time of booking. The airlines, motor coach operators, cruise lines or other modes of transportation concerned are not to be held responsible for any acts, omissions or events during the time passengers are not on board.
